Innovative and creative, Curt’s passion is assisting individuals and families in developing unique financial plans tailored to meet and/or exceed their goals. Curt and his team use his signature planning processes within the public employee marketplace such as the California State Firefighters Association (CSFA) and other public employee agencies. His planning processes include the following:

• The DROP PLAN Advantage®. A specialization of the RetIRAprep® process for DROP Plan participants.
• PASS® Portfolio Allocation Strategy Service. A fee based program assisting participants in the personalized asset allocation of 457, 401k and 403b programs.
• Association Investment AdvantEDGE®. A customized, balanced and compliant investment planning strategy specifically tailored to pooled association and union investment accounts.

Curt, a long time specialist and expert in financial planning and value creation within association groups and niche markets, has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking and keeps up to date through extensive research, consulting with industry leaders and attending workshops, classes and seminars. He holds security license Series 6, 7, 63 and 65, life and disability variable insurance licenses and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. (TFA). He is the owner and founder of Public Employees Retirement Centers of America (PERC).
